St Patty's Day

Corned beef and cabbage, carrots, green applesauce, what's more to want when you have dinner at the Trailer Park dinner.  Most years we join my folks for the traditional St. Patrick's Day dinner, with the hall decked out in all things green!  As with all the holiday events, everyone dresses in style, and though most go for the fellowship, secretly they are wanting the door prize and the most coveted prize of the evening, the $50 hat.  The hat, is which ever holiday being celebrated, is decorated with 50 $1 bills!  So far, I have not won the hat.  How much money has been spent on raffle tickets to get that  $50 hat! (insert picture here, which I don't have :/ ((what kind of blogger am I?)) During the last event of Christmas, the McKnight table won most of the raffle tickets, 'cept me, :( but that is usually my case! grissel, (secretly, the prizes...weeeelllllllllllll......) Being the lucky day of St. Patrick's Day, and what did he do? rid the island of snakes or something important, I too was lucky, though not a lick of Irish in me, but my step-dad is, so maybe that's where my Irish comes in, I digress...I actually won, the drawing, not the raffle of course, but the dinner table raffle!  The only 'mcknight' to win this evening! And what did I win?     Hmmmm, the humor of this doesnot elude me....
