arizona and back

Friendship is such a blessing! To be able to roll up to the car and climb in, into her life, Mike's life with out a pause, with out hesitation. To share heart to heart in moments of climbing into her car. Truly Carole you are a gift from our Lord! Thank you for your listening ear, and words of encouragement, letting me pour out all that has been inside me for a while...hmmmmm...
However! it was not all serious talk! It was pinky up lunch and treadmill talk, bowling!!! yes bowling!! now that was a Hoot!! I showed that gutter who was boss!! A really relaxing long day sitting beside the pool and the first swim for the year...hot dogs and Marvin Gaye!! on the grassy lawn! Movies and popcorn, swimming fish stories, salt and 'cooking by feel'! Laughter, architecture (famous to boot) and car adornment! Worship of our God, lunch and a hunt for micro grains!
Back in the car and off to the airport...back to life, back to my husband, children, Henry (he gets a name!), back to work! Wow! it was quick! and O so much fun!

I'm off to Arizona-land for a much needed visit with a dear friend! Talking, laughter, eating, laughing some more, probably a little crying as well...hmmm I can hardly wait!!

technology!

Don't you just love technology!  iphones, digital cameras, hdtv! (love that), but man when it goes down...it just sucks!  yeah, david and lorie I said sucks...

One day the computer is working, the next day, not...so, blogging is on hold til I figure out what to do.  I don't need that great of a computer, I keep our household books on it, pictures, simple stuff, so didn't purchase a great computer...an emachine from Best Buy a little extended warranty time ago, by 3 mos.  It's only several months over two years and I have had it into Best Buy 3 or 4 times...so, not gonna spend money fixing it...so, blogging will be very limited...if you really care.

So, that's technology for ya!  

Ditty about teeth

In honor of brand new teeth, I was thinking how important are teeth, other than the obvious needing to chew. Without teeth one wouldn't be able to say...
'chew on that for a while'
or 'did you bite off more than you can chew?'
or be able to grind your teeth
or 'bite your lip'
or the anticipation of the tooth fairy!
